You'll then work with a dedicated Case Manager who'll help manage everything through until your mortgage completes and you have the keys!
It doesn't stop there though. We also have a dedicated Customer Care team who are always available to help you and answer any questions. We aren't a faceless organisation. We have used this company, with Luke Kempton & Sophie Beaton several times over the last 7 years, each time we have received excellent service. Our mortgage needs have been quite different each time, but they always found a way to meet our requirements. I cannot recommend CARA enough! I have used them for new mortgages, renewals and insurance policies and they make everything so easy and straightforward. They go a long way to taking burden out of what could be stressful situations. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We can’t recommend Cara enough! After a very poor experience with a different broker, it was such a relief to find Cara. Every single person we dealt with were fantastic and made us feel so at ease! Special mention to Neil Renwick who went the extra mile for us! Where we thought we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage, Neil made it possible! Communication was on point, and Neil answered every question we had very promptly - nothing was too much hassle. Thank you very much again! Highly recommended.

This is my second time working with CARA, and once again they have gone above and beyond! I got the best insurance deal thanks to Sean, who explained everything clearly and made sure I was fully covered without overpaying. Sophie and Scott were equally fantastic – responsive, supportive, very friendly, and genuinely made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
